When William McKinley Woody was born on December 16, 1894, in Barnard, Kansas, his father, Aaron, was 48 and his mother, Mary, was 35. He married Florence Ella Brown on May 18, 1915, in Chehalis, Washington. He worked for the Oregon Washington Railroad & Navigation Company and it's parent, the Union Pacific Railroad Company. From circa 1942-1959 he worked principally in The Dalles, Oregon area. William and Florence had six children in 14 years. He died on June 10, 1971, in Hood River, Oregon, at the age of 76, and was buried there.

Charles F. Wolfe (Fred, C. F.) worked for the Great Northern Railway Company (U.S.) from 1946 to 1970 and the Burlington Northern Railroad Company from 1970 to 1981. He was employed first as a surveyor, then as a draftsman and retired as Chief Draftsman at the King Street Station in Seattle (Wash.). According to his daughter, he surveyed portions of the Great Northern/Burlington Northern line from Skykomish (Wash.) to North Dakota.
