Northern Pacific passenger train number 407, Portland-Seattle, at Black River, Washington, in 1947, led by Class A Northern-type steam locomotive number 2610, built by American Locomotive Company in 1926. One of NP's top trains, consist includes two baggage cars, coaches, restaurant-tavern car, parlor car, and Pullman sleeping cars forwarded off the Southern Pacific at Portland.
