The Great Northern Railway Historical Society received approximately 4700 items consisting of right of way maps, plat maps, station maps, filing maps, geographic maps, state maps, mechanical drawings, as well as facility and structure drawings. In addition the materials contained engineering study records, and documents and ledgers of various kinds. The date range for these materials are from 1854 to 2008.
