From Station 1815+81 Everett Junction. to Sta. 1049+28.4, East Switch Edmonds, a Distance of 14.53 Miles (Each Track)
Provide 8 Grip Rail Anchors Per 39' Panel of Track
Provide 7 1/2 X 10 1/2" Tie Plates Out of Face.
Provide Space Ties to Make 24 Ties Per 39' of Panel Track
Furnish 50% New Track Spikes 5 8/6"
Relay 12 #11 and 2 #15 Turnouts Using 110# Material
Provide Washed Ballast From Above in Addition Ballast Coast Line From Everett Junction. to Hewitt Avenue. Using Washed Ballast From Reiter.
Track to Be Raised on Present Washed Gravel and Filled in with New Washed Gravel at Mosher Move Crossover West.
