Spokane, Portland and Seattle Railway Authorization for Expenditure (AFE). President's AFE Number 1703. Complete the fill under all tracks in Units 1 and 2, Astoria Reclamation District, from station 22 plus 06.6 to station 59 plus 04.6; also to complete fill to present street grade of that portion around the passenger depot from SP&S tracks to the south right of way line, between a line through the east end of the depot and the west line of 12th Street. This filling will do away with heavy maintenance. Work is provided for by 1917 work sheet. THIS AFE CANCELS AFE PRESIDENT'S No. 1448. Chief Engineer/Standard Maintenance Procedure AFE Number CE 1783.
