Replace 253 feet of 72 pound rail with 85 pound rail and 30 feet of 60 pound rail with 72 pound rail back of the crossing at 14th and Front Streets, and 238 feet of 72 pound rail and 2 - 16 foot 6 inch 72 pound switch points with 85 pound rail and switch points behind the crossing on the Drill Track at 15th Street, Portland, Oregon, to prevent battering the sides of the crossings.
